VILLAGE OF CHURCH FAIRS THANK YOU- A huge thank you to all of our ASAC volunteers for a wonderful day during the Amesbury Village of Church Fairs last weekend- what a great welcome to our Amesbury community.  A special thank you to Janet McBrien, Patty Champion, Cheryl Etu, and Rebecca McBrien for their coordination of this event, and of course to all our vendors. 

ADULT SPIRITUAL FORMATION THIS WEEK- Sunday morning Adult Spiritual Formation will continue this morning in the lower hall immediately after our worship service.  Canon Ross will present the second of a four week series on some of the themes and highlights of St. Paul’s “love letter” to the Philippians, with an emphasis on how St. Paul’s exhortation to that community relate to our lives today.

RIVER’S EDGE SHARING GARDEN EVENT UPDATE- Are you excited about feeding the hungry in Amesbury? Can you only spare a small chuck of time during your busy week? If so, you are invited to join the River’s Edge Sharing Garden members in completing some small garden projects that will help  prepare for the Spring planting season. We will be meeting for the next four Tuesday afternoons starting November 5th, from 2:30 to 4:30. Dress for the weather and come help us grow! We will also be meeting on Sunday, November 17th (following Spiritual Formation hour)- join us! (rain date: Sunday, November 24th). 

SAVE THE DATE: ADNE SYNOD, SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 16th- On Saturday, November 16, the Anglican Diocese in New England will hold its 11th annual Synod: Always North. Holy Eucharist will be held at 10:00 AM and a lunch for all who have registered will be served at noon, followed by Ministry updates and highlights from around the diocese and from Bishop Andrew. All are invited to register and attend to find a spot. Please visit:

24-7 PRAYER FOR SYNOD- Come pray on Sunday, Nov. 10th from 8-9 a.m. with others for the Diocesan wide Annual Meeting (Synod, 2019). And begin praying in advance in your Home Groups, your family or in your quiet times. Please plan to join the intercessors a little bit earlier than usual to pray together from 8-9 a.m. on Nov. 10th. We will be praying in the lower church hall.

MISSIONARY JACK MELVIN VISITING, WEEK OF NOVEMBER 17TH - Jack Melvin, missionary in Honduras will be visiting with us on Sunday the 17th.  Jack will also be visiting with some of our Home Groups during the following week.  Take whatever opportunity you can to welcome Jack to All Saints and learn more about what is happening in Honduras. 

MEN’S ENCOUNTER WEEKEND, NOVEMBER 22-24TH- The Encounter God Weekend is a life-changing retreat designed to bring each believer into a renewed relationship with the living God. Many of us are weary of struggling to reach a soul-satisfying level of holiness and acceptance before God, and feel as if we are missing out on the abundant life of joy and freedom that Jesus promises.
