Dear friends,

All Saints finds itself in an important and exciting moment of transition. Until such time as a new Rector is appointed, as the new Diocesan Bishop, I will be pastoring the All Saints family with the Godly assistance of Canon Susie Skillen.

This Sunday we begin with a new series under the heading “Welcome Home” that will seek to unpack the Father’s love and the great scandal of His grace, as described by Jesus in his parable of the prodigal son.

Please do join me in praying daily for the All Saints family as we seek the Spirit’s leading for the future. These words from the book of Haggai encouraged me as I have been praying for you and I hope the Lord meets you with the same spirit of assurance, expectancy, faith and hope.

Be strong, all you people of the land declares the Lord. Work, for I am with you, declares the Lord of hosts, according to the covenant that I made with you when you came out of Egypt. My Spirit remains in your midst. Fear not…And in this place I will give peace, declares the Lord of hosts. I will take you…and make you like a signet ring, for I have chosen you, declares the Lord of hosts. Haggai 2:4-5, 9, 23

In His great love,

Bishop Andrew
