Consecration Volunteers Needed

Greetings!

We are looking forward to the upcoming celebration and Consecration of our new ADNE Bishop-Elect Andrew Williams on Saturday, March 16th. The Consecration Committee has been hard at work, sorting through details and logistics for the weekend. We are anticipating well over 400 guests from around the world, including 4 Archbishops and 12 Bishops in attendance.

We need many hands from around the Diocese to ensure the weekend events run smoothly. Good team-leadership is in place to take point and help volunteers throughout the weekend.

Throughout Friday and Saturday, we will need over 60 volunteers, and our hope is that we can distribute the work among parishes, so that all may be able to both participate and serve in this exciting weekend.

In order to sign-up to volunteer please complete the link below by Monday, March 11th.

Email the Google form link (https://goo.gl/forms/0jCDwFSfDCQwXWbw1)

Specific area and team coordinators will be in touch with all volunteers prior to the event with any additional information (dress code, time to arrive, where to connect with their team leader, etc.).

As a way to say thank you, and as an encouragement to sign up soon, the first 60 volunteers who respond will have reserved seating in the sanctuary (seating is going to be tight, given the number of people coming).

Thank you for your assistance in helping this exciting event run smoothly!

Blessings,

Fr. Nathan
